Q: After the estimate, when can you schedule my work?
A: Typically, work is scheduled within a few weeks after signing a contract. Your project
coordinator will work with you in setting a start date.

Q: How long will the work take?
A: Most jobs are completed within 3 to 4 days. Jobs that cover larger areas or require more preparation may take longer. You will receive an estimated completion date before signing
a contract. In rare instances, where unexpected conditions exist under the surface, the
completion date will need to be adjusted. In those cases, EWS, Inc. will work holidays,
weekends and bring in extra crew members to complete your job as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. We require a small non-refundable scheduling fee. This allows us to cover the
cost of preparations unique to your job.

Q: When does final payment need to be made?
A: Final payment is due at the time of completion. We do offer Visa/Mastercard processing.

Q: Will you replace my landscape?
A: EWS, Inc. is a waterproofing and related services company. We do not have the appropriate knowledge and training to provide a first class landscaping job. In some cases, when requested,
EWS has contracted with a "yellow pages" landscaper to do work. This cost is added to the waterproofing estimate and final bill. In most cases it is better for the homeowner to work
directly with the landscaper of their choice.

Q: What does the guarantee cover?
A: The guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship on treated areas only! If there
is a failure of the system through defect, EWS, Inc. will repair the defects at no charge to the customer.
There are 3 possible areas that the guarantee does not cover:
* First, if water intrusion occurs through an untreated portion of the house.
* Second, when floodwaters rise above the level of the treated walls. In general, if you are
sitting on the roof waiting for a boat to rescue you, there is no guarantee.

* Finally, if the original installation is damaged, modified or compromised in any way, there is no guarantee.
